ABSTRACT

Occurs very rapidly and the effect on the company's operations in particular areas of education, because it required the management of information by building an Information Systems and Information Technology are both supported and planned to become a new force for the company as well as maintaining and improving competitiveness.

Ward and Peppard method is a widely used model, how to construct an information systems strategic planning in an organization or company. With this method possible, the various factors that influence both internal and external organizations are analyzed in such a way as to obtain a new information system strategy for the company.

The study produced a portfolio of application IS / IT in the future, a strategic plan (strategic plan) in the form of road map that can be implemented by the Akademi Teknologi Pringsewu (ATP) gradually in the next few years.

ABSTRACT

In business, information is very important role. Flexibility and rapid response to customers  prompted  many  companies  to  implement  technology  to  support  its business and also speed up service to customers. SMS (Short Message Service) is one of  the  development  of  technologies  that  can  be  selected  to  help  the  service  to  the customer. SMS can be used whenever and wherever is convenient and the service is one that is widely used by the public due to a one-time cost of SMS is cheaper than talking  on  the  phone  directly.  SMS  Gateway  application  for  ordering  products  on Various Computers is one of the facilities that utilize some of the advantages of SMS media.  It  allows  customers  who  have  registered  to  make  orders  if  you  want  to  buy goods  on  Various  Computers.  This  application  is  built  using  the  Java  programming language and MySQL database, and programming can be run on the operating system such  as  Windows.  By  using  SMS  technology,  the  customers  more  easily  find  the information on various computers. If prior to booking to use the phone, then with this facility,  customers  can  easily  order  items  anywhere,   anytime  with  lower  cost  and easier. Of course, this technology is also expected to provide benefits to the managers and customers. But must require an administrator to run the SMS Broadcast system in this application.
